Jonathan Adler started with handmade pottery sold to Barneys and built it into a 30-store retail chain. His interiors — Parker Palm Springs, Eau Spa, Le Royal Monceau — are unapologetically optimistic: bold geometric rugs, brass figurines, lucite, and saturated color.
